ANTHONY, FL (352today.com) – A 41-year-old Orlando woman was arrested after Marion County Sheriff’s Office investigators say she unlawfully entered an RV at an Anthony storage facility and attempted to sell it despite having no ownership rights to the vehicle.

Deputies responded Tuesday, June 2, 2026, to FreeUp Storage, located at 9161 NE Jacksonville Rd., after receiving reports of individuals inside an RV that did not belong to them. Deputies located Tiffany Lynn Ford inside the RV and another individual, identified as James Olah nearby in a Jeep. Both were detained while investigators examined the situation.

The investigation stemmed from an earlier burglary reported at the same RV. The owner, Linda Voss, had previously reported that someone entered the vehicle, left it in disarray and removed documents, including the RV title and personal paperwork. The reported loss was estimated at approximately $7,850.

During interviews, investigators said Ford claimed she was cleaning up property once owned by her late father and believed paperwork inside the RV showed the owner had left the vehicle to him after her death.

However, detectives said they determined the RV owner was alive, remained the sole renter of the storage lot and had never transferred ownership of the vehicle. Investigators also found no evidence the RV had ever been titled or registered to Ford’s father.

According to the report, Olah told investigators Ford had offered to sell him the RV for between $10,000 and $20,000 and had provided photographs of what appeared to be ownership documents. He said he believed the sale was legitimate.

Detectives concluded Ford unlawfully entered the RV, removed documents belonging to the owner and attempted to sell the vehicle despite having no legal claim to it.

Ford was arrested on charges of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, grand theft of a motor vehicle and dealing in stolen property. During the investigation. deputies also reported finding suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia allegedly belonging to Ford. She was separately charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ford was transported to the Marion County Jail following medical clearance.
