OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Dandelion Project is proud to announce that its powerful H.O.P.E. Lives On banners will be on display at the Picking up the Pieces Annual Overdose Awareness Event on Aug. 30, at Compassion United Methodist Church in Ocala. The banners honor individuals lost to addiction while celebrating those in recovery, spreading awareness, and offering hope to the community.

“We created the banners to honor lives, spark conversation, and provide a visual reminder that hope and healing are possible,” said Lisa Bolton, The Dandelion Project founder. “The response has been overwhelming, and we’re excited to continue sharing these important messages with more communities.”

The event in Ocala, hosted by Picking up the Pieces, will feature speakers, vendors, children’s activities, and a memorial ride by The Punishers LEMC Fort King Chapter. The first set of banners will be displayed at the event to help raise awareness about the impact of substance use and the importance of community support.

Following the Ocala event, the H.O.P.E. Lives On banners will travel to New Jersey, where The Dandelion Project will join forces with Leona’s Legacy of Love to unveil the state’s first overdose awareness billboard. This collaboration aims to extend the mission of remembrance, education, and hope to even more people impacted by addiction.
