OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Ocala Police Department (OPD) arrested a brother and sister on a variety of sex charges including incest. Police say their criminal conduct also victimized two children.
According to the police department, they received a report that 32-year-old Samantha Tober sent nude photos of a seven-year-old child as well talked about sexual abuse to the child. They also say Tober was having sexual relations with her 34-year-old biological brother, Leonard Tober.
During the investigation, detectives received consent to search Tober’s phone. Detectives say they found videos of Tober having sex with her brother while children were present. They say they also found nude images of a 7-year-old child. They described the images as ‘child erotica’ and not child sexual abuse material.

On August 21, police arrested both Tobers and charged them with lewd and lascivious exhibition and incest. Samantha is also charged with capital sexual battery on a child.
