Marion Oaks Hosts Holiday Extravaganza for a Festive Start to the Season

OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Marion Oaks will be hosting the Annual Holiday Extravaganza & Light Up Marion Oaks event on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, where families can watch the area transform into a Christmas wonderland, take photos with a variety of holiday characters and shop local businesses and craft vendors.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the event with their Christmas friends for photo ops, as well as the Grinch. As the sun goes down, everyone can gather around as Santa and Mrs. Claus light up the Marion Oaks Community Center Complex in colorful Christmas decorations for a festive display.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to explore a variety of businesses and vendors offering up unique items for anyone to browse for Christmas gifts or fun crafts. Food trucks will be available on-site around the event offering delectable goods to keep the evening going without running out of treats. The event will also feature games for interactive fun while waiting to get pictures and for the lighting ceremony.

The extravaganza will be taking place at the Marion Oaks Community Center at 294 Marion Oaks Ln., Ocala from 3-8 p.m.
