CITRA, FL (352today.com) – Flyers Cafe has reopened in a new location after moving just down the road from its longtime home in Citra.

The locally owned restaurant welcomed customers back on July 21, 2026, at Sam’s Plaza, located at 17052 N. U.S. HWY 301, Units 1 and 2, after temporarily closing during the move. In announcements shared on the restaurant’s social media pages, Flyers Cafe thanked customers for their patience during the transition and encouraged them to visit the new location, promising the same food and service that made the restaurant a local favorite.

The move places the restaurant only a short distance from its previous location while providing a refreshed space for guests. Flyers Cafe remains known for its Philadelphia Flyers-themed atmosphere and menu featuring breakfast favorites, cheesesteaks, burgers, wings and other comfort foods.

“Our support means the world to us,” the restaurant said in a statement regarding its reopening. “We can’t wait to see you at our new location.”

Flyers Cafe is now open at its new address in Sam’s Plaza and serving customers during its regular business hours, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. For more information on the relocation, Flyers Cafe can be contacted at 352-595-2233.
