OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Ellianos Coffee is preparing to open its second Ocala location at 101 SW 60th Ave., with an opening expected later this month.
The new drive-thru is located just north of Ocala International Airport and less than a quarter mile south of West Silver Springs Boulevard, placing it in one of West Ocala’s growing commercial corridors. The location is within minutes of residential neighborhoods, industrial parks and the airport’s business district, making it accessible to commuters, local workers and travelers.
This will be the fourth Ellianos Coffee in Marion County, joining locations in Belleview, Dunnellon and on SW Highway 200. The SW Highway 200 store opened in December 2024, expanding the chain’s reach into Ocala after earlier openings in Belleview and Dunnellon last year.
The property for the new location was purchased in January by Aileron Ocala, LLc, linked to Tampa-based Aegis, a real estate capital and investment firm. Construction began earlier this year, and the building is now in its final stages, with signage, equipment and landscaping being completed ahead of opening.
Ellianos Coffee, based in Lake City, Florida, has been expanding throughout the Southeast since 2002. Its stores operate exclusively as drive-thru locations, offering a menu of espresso-based drinks, blended coffee beverages, smoothies and breakfast items such as grit bowls and muffins. The format is designed for quick service, which was made the chain popular in commuter-heavy areas.
Ellianos currently operates more than 65 locations and has over 180 additional stores in development. The company has been recognized in national franchise rankings and continues to grow its presence in mid-sized and small markets across Florida, Georgia and surrounding states.
The SW 60th Avenue Ellianos Coffee is expected to open before the end of the month, with staff training and final preparations underway. The company has not announced an exact date for its first day of business.
