OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Ellianos Coffee, a Southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, announced plans to construct two new locations in Ocala, expanding its local presence to five stores by 2026.
The new locations will be built along S. Pine Ave. and on SW 20th St. near the College of Central Florida. The additions will join two existing Ellianos Coffee locations currently operating in Ocala, along with a third site under development on Maricamp Rd.
The projects are being developed by the Crews family, a father-and-son team with a long history in the trucking industry. The family said they were drawn to Ellianos for its focus on quality, convenience and customer service.
“We’re extremely excited to be starting these Ellianos projects,” the Crews family said in a statement. “We love the brand and what it stands for, and after a long time in the making, we can’t wait to share it with the Ocala community.”
The S. Pine Ave. location was selected for its accessibility to downtown businesses and surrounding neighborhoods, while the SW 20th St. site is intended to serve students, faculty and residents near the College of Central Florida.
Construction timelines for the new Ocala locations have not yet been announced.
