WILLISTON, FL (352today.com) – Coffee lovers in Levy County have a new place to grab their morning caffeine fix.
Ellianos Coffee has officially opened its newest drive-thru location in Williston at 13 W. Noble Ave., bringing the southeast-based specialty coffee chain’s handcrafted beverages, breakfast offerings and fast-service model to the community.
The company said the new location is designed to provide customers with convenient access to coffee, energy drinks, refreshers and breakfast items while maintaining the brand’s focus on speed and customer service.
“We are so excited to officially be open in Williston,” an Ellianos Coffee spokesperson said in a statement. “Williston is a community that values quality and connection, and we believe Ellianos is a perfect fit. We cannot wait to become a part of the daily routines of the people who live and work here and to show them what ‘Every Guest. Every Time.’ really means.”
To celebrate the grand opening, the Williston location will host a free drink week from Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3. Customers can receive one free drink during designated promotional hours from 8 to 9 a.m., noon to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m. each day. The promotion is available only for customers who visit the store in person and is not valid on mobile orders.
Prior to the new location’s opening, the brand has received several recent industry recognitions, including being named a 2026 Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review and earning a spot on Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2026 Franchise 500 list.
