BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – Community leaders, local business owners and customers gathered Thursday for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee at 5530 SE Abshier Blvd. The event officially welcomed the rapidly expanding coffee chain to Belleview.

The Belleview location, which dropped the building on-site in Sept. 2025, is set to open to the public with full service on Jan. 19, offering a full range of beverages including specialty coffees and hand-crafted beverages, lemonades, smoothies and teas. The shop is currently in its soft opening stages, open for friends and family Jan. 16 through Jan. 18. Local officials praised the addition, which repurposed a previously rundown lot in the area.

“We’re excited to bring 7 Brew to Belleview,” said Ella Kirkpatrick, hiring and training director. “We love giving back to the community, especially one that has supported and welcomed us.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony commenced at 2 p.m., with store manager, Ariana Sanchez, marking the start of operations at the new location. To celebrate the opening, 7 Brew presented a donation check of $1,500 to Florida Kids Helping Kids following the ribbon-cutting, in line with the brand’s mission to “cultivate kindness in the community.” The store will host a Swag Day on Jan. 24, where customers can get a free t-shirt with a large drink purchase.

The ceremony featured remarks from the owners and chamber members before the official ribbon was cut. With new additions to the coffee shop scene coming in full swing to the area, 7 Brew is proving to be the perfect blend of community and cold brew.
