A popular addition to this rising growth is Poke Go, an Asian fusion restaurant bringing more poke bowls, ramen and bubble tea to Ocala. The restaurant is located at the College Park Plaza at 3131 SW College Rd., Ocala.

The interior of the restaurant features plenty of natural light from the front entrance, which leads to the kitchen and prep station. Soft lighting provides an illuminating glow for the rest of the restaurant with lights behind wooden panels and vibrant fixtures hanging from the ceiling. They feature booth seating along with padded chairs against square tables for a comfortable dining experience.

Guests can enjoy a variety of meals from handcrafted poke bowls and sushi burritos to delectable ramen and desserts. Some of their appetizers include fried gyoza, coconut shrimp, chicken yakitori, krab rangoon, takoyaki, spring roll, miso soup, shrimp tempura, seaweed salad and plenty more to indulge. Their custom poke bowl option allows anyone to select between a base, meats, sauces and toppings for a delectable combination of items.

The ramen menu features nine option with tonkotsu, black tonkotsu, red tonkotsu, miso, red miso, shoyu, veggie and seafood along with chicken ramen as one of the popular menu options. Rice bowls include teriyaki chicken, japanese eel and shrimp tempura along with chicken katsu as another popular menu item. The dessert menu features delectable treats with matcha tiramisu and four flavors of mochi including mango, strawberry, matcha and vanilla.

Guests can also try a variety of drinks with flavorful bubble milk tea, cheese foam ice fruit tea, fresh fruit tea, smoothies and soft drinks such as coke and Japanese soda. They are also offering their sweet dew series with honeydew sweet dew, avomango sweet dew, mango sweet dew, peach sweet dew and strawberry sweet dew. Drinks can he paired with cheese foam, popping boba and jelly for a flavorful addition to unique drink combinations.

Poke Go serves as a social hub where an elegant interior and friendly staff provide a welcoming atmosphere for anyone to enjoy. They offer healthy dining and hand-crafted ingredients for a personalized taste in every dish. They are open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
