OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Four Smokes BBQ is a family-owned food truck turned restaurant located in the new Paddock Market shopping center. The restaurant merges friendly charm with high-quality service, providing a delectable display of BBQ options. Four Smokes BBQ began as a food truck in Ocala, offering delectable bites around the city. Now, the Georgia family opened their first restaurant in the Paddock Market at 3100 SW College Rd Unit #3090, Ocala, offering table services along with their well-known menus.

To start meals off right, the restaurant features an appetizer menu with the Hog on a Honeymoon honey glazed bacon, burnt ends, redneck nachos, chips and cheese, corn barrels, cowboy crunchers, pork rinds and wings. Guests can follow up with the handhelds, smokehouse plates, lunch specials or chef’s specials.

The handheld options include the brisket sandwich, brisket burger, three slaw-B-Q sliders, jumbo pulled pork sandwich and smoked bologna sandwich. The smokehouse plates feature the Tour of Smokes, brisket plate, St. Louis style rib plate, 1/2 chicken plate, pulled pork plate, sausage plate and smokehouse side show.

The chef’s specials are an arrangement of flavorful concoctions with the cowboy cut ribeye, honey bourbon salmon, Mama’s Mac bowl and southern cobb salad. For Smokes BBQ also offers a dessert menu to pair with meals, including bread pudding, cheesecake and banana pudding.

The restaurant offers indoor seating featuring dim lighting with large and small screens to watch sports while dining. Toward the back wall is a full-length bar with stools lining the counter, offering guests a spectrum of hand-crafted beverages. Tables in the shape of barrels feature bar stool seating for a decorative and cozy seating option with regular seating placed throughout the restaurant.

Guests can enjoy a warm atmosphere, delectable food and high-energy entertainment featuring karaoke, live music and special events. The restaurant is open Sunday-Wednesday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. Karaoke and live music will take place Thursday-Saturday from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. For more information about the Four Smokes BBQ or the menu, visit the website here or call 352-895-3889.
